During the lockdown period, the filmstars who were stuck in their homes made the most of the time and connected with their fans via the various social media platforms. Deepika Padukone, who is one of the leading ladies in Bollywood, took to Instagram and posted and a number of pictures and videos.
It was almost a week when Deepika Padukone had been homebound due to the coronavirus pandemic. To make the most of her time, Deepika had started, “Productivity in the time of COVID-19!” on her Instagram where she shares pictures of her being productive. A few hours back in episode three of her “Productivity” session, she shared a screenshot of her video chat along with a selfie. In both the pictures, Deepika is seen drinking juice and eating a fruit. Her caption read, “Season 1:Episode 3 #drinkjuice #eatfruit Productivity in the time of COVID-19!”
However, Varun Dhawan noticed something completely different in Deepika’s last few pics. He noticed how Deepika is often in a night suit in these pics and asked her, “Why u always in a night suit”? Deepika’s response to Varun’s query was quite interesting. She replied that the reason she is always in a night suit is because it is easier for her to sleep anytime she wants, “Coz then I can comfortably (sleep) anytime!!!”
One of the busiest actresses of modern times, Deepika is known for her unforgettable performances in movies like Bajirao Mastani, Padmavaat and Chhapak. She has been very proactive on the work front and has been doing shoots amidst the COVID-19 scare. She will next be seen in Shakun Batra directorial co-starring Siddhanth Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday, and the Hindi remake of Hollywood film The Intern starring Robert De Niro and Anne Hathway. While Deepika will step into Anne Hathway’s shoes, Rishi Kapoor will play the role originally played by Robert De Niro.
