Navya Naveli Nanda chose to ignore the question when asked about the possibility of Aishwarya Rai being a guest on her podcast, ‘What The Hell Navya’.

The Bachchan clan has been hitting the headlines for their alleged family feud. If rumours are to be believed, Aishwarya Rai doesn’t get along well with her in-laws and has been living separately with her daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan. Time and again, we have seen the off chemistry between the Bachchan family members, but none of them ever addressed the ongoing speculation of their tiff.

Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan’s granddaughter, Navya Naveli Nanda, is back with the second season of her podcast, What The Hell Navya, which dropped in February 2024. The Gen Z entrepreneur is joined by her mother, Shweta Bachchan, and her grandmother, Jaya Bachchan. In one of the earlier episodes, Navya’s brother, Agastya Nanda, also made a special appearance and shared his views on masculinity and mental health. Since then, fans started speculating if Aishwarya Rai Bachchan would also appear as a guest on her podcast. However, Navya always remained tight-lipped about the same.

In a recent conversation with Zoom, Navya Naveli Nanda was asked about the possibility of her grandfather, Amitabh Bachchan, mamu, Abhishek Bachchan or aunt, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan joining her on the show. Almost skirting the question as always, Navya mentioned that she would like to have guests outside the family in the next season. She further added:

“Hopefully, we will have a season three and I would like to have guests outside the family. It would be a lot of fun if they (professionals from different fields) come on the show. Maybe a scientist who talks about what science means to them, what inventions they’ve made etc. Their perspective on various things discussed during the podcast would be a great way for nani, mom and me to gain knowledge about a lot of things.”

Speaking along the same lines, Navya also added that she is a huge fan of cricketer, Deepti Sharma and would like to have her as a guest on her podcast, What The Hell Navya. She said:

“She is incredible and I would love to have her on the show!”

Earlier, a Reddit user shared a thread on the discussion platform and pointed out how the Bachchan ladies never discuss Aishwarya Rai on the podcast, What The Hell Navya. For the unversed, Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan and Navya Naveli Nanda discussed various topics related to women’s health and empowerment and were never heard taking Aishwarya’s name in both seasons of the podcast. Sharing their observation, the netizen also pointed out that this shows that the trio shares a strained relationship with Aishwarya.

When the netizen shared the post on Reddit, several social media users voiced their opinions on the same. Reacting to the post, one user penned, “Generally, it’s better for the people who have ill in their heart for you to not talk about you.” Another commented, “They are all super jealous of Aish and know that not in a million years they can achieve what she has.” A third user wrote, “Aishwarya asked them not to because they don’t really have anything nice to say. They don’t even mention Aradhya there not just Aishwarya.”
