Bad Newz: Did You Spot Vicky Kaushal-Tripti Dimri Recreate Shah Rukh Khan And Kajol’s Iconic Moment From K3G?

Bad Newz has been making headlines due to Vicky Kaushal’s hit song Tauba Tauba. But after release, the film’s successful debut at the box office has made it the biggest opener for the actor. Also starring Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk, the film is a comedy that revolves around the rare case of heteropaternal superfecundation.

Vicky Kaushal’s wife Katrina Kaif recently praised the film for the bromance between Vicky and Ammy and also praised Triptii for her role as Saloni. Amid the praise from fans and mixed reviews from critics, fans have noticed that the film paid an ode to one of Karan Johar’s iconic films.

According to reports, the subtle ode comes during a scene in the film. Vicky and Triptii’s characters can be seen posing for a romantic picture which is similar to the one of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol from K3G. Like Khan and Kajol from their hit song Yeh Ladka Hai Allah, Vicky can be seen in black kurta and Dimrii was seen in a yellow ethnic suit.

For the unversed, Ananya Panday and Neha Sharma also have a cameo in Bad Newz. According to reports, the Hindi comedy is inspired from true events that took place in 2022 of a 19-year-old Brazalian woman who gave birth to twins. Both of whom had two different biological fathers.

The film is a sequel to Good Newwz released in 2019. It was led by Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh.
