Deepika was super emotional
Shah Rukh Khan is a charmer. And he is even more charming when he is with the ladies. The superstar has been hosting some of his favourites, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor Khan and the eternal diva Madhuri Dixit on his show, Dil Ki Baatein with the Baadshah. Well, the first episode had Deepika Padukone as the guest. As we know, SRK and Dippy share a very warm bond. The actress made her debut in Bollywood with Om Shanti Om opposite the superstar and went on to do films like Chennai Express and Happy New Year with him.
On the show, Deepika looked stunning in a Bibhu Mohapatra gown teamed with strappy sandals and Eina Ahluwalia earrrings. She got very emotional when Shah Rukh read out a letter for her written by her mom, Ujwala. The letter was about how she had fought her battles but had never lost the goodness and light, which was there in her heart. Deepika who was in good spirits was rather emotional reading that. Shah Rukh consoled her and showered her with hugs on the show. The next week we will see Alia Bhatt on the show. Deepika has left behind a letter where she tells Alia that she is her biggest fan.
