With consistent training, he then reached 9.6 percent body fat. Aamir Khan once shared his diet routine while training for the movie. He said, “I ate 1500 calories per day. Plus, I used to work out for 7-8 hours a day. I used to trek on a mountain for 3-3.5 hours every day. Breakfast used to happen on the trek. Upon return, I used to have lunch at 12 pm. Then, two hours of rest time. At 2 pm, I used to weight train at the gym for one hour. Then, one hour of cardio exercises in the pool. I followed this up with 2 hours of cycling or tennis. I ended the day with walking for two hours. So, this routine of 7-8 hours of some form of exercise was my daily schedule in Arizona.” Salman Khan in Sultan Salman Khan has always remained fit in his movies. He was eating three Magnum ice-creams a day, and he gained almost 100 kg. Then, I was ready to shoot his unfit scenes.” Kartik Aaryan in Chandu Champion Kartik Aaryan, in his latest movie “Chandu Champion,” instead of gaining weight, lost plenty of pounds to get into character. The actor was told before the movie, “You are famous for your hair; I’m going to need you to cut it. You are famous for your monologues, but your silences will speak louder than your monologues in this film. Also, you will have to go through unimaginable pain to transform your body.” Despite the challenges, Kartik Aaryan agreed and was up for the challenge. The actor had a strict diet to get in shape and was asked to leave all his favorite dishes for a while. The actor managed to lose 18 kilos for “Chandu Champion.” He revealed his diet in an interview that, “My routine dal, roti, sabzi [lentil curry, flatbread, and vegetable stir-fry] were all eliminated from my life. I had this one soup at night, and that soup was eaten for more than a year.
