Brad Pitt Felt Like He Won The Settlement After He Obtained The Full Rights To Miraval

It was a lengthy settlement that finally ended after 7 years of fighting. The situation was a complicated matter for several reasons. Of course, the children were a major factor, along with Jolie’s claims of Brad’s abuse of the kids. Another major dispute was over the Château Miraval estate.

Both shared ownership of the winery, and it is something Brad holds close to him. Pitt ended up buying Jolie out and, according to sources, this was the turning point during the settlement, especially from PItt’s perspective.

“Still, he’s telling friends he actually won,” says the source. “He’s lost so much time with his kids, but it’s never too late to rebuild those relationships. At least Miraval will be all his — and he can finally move on with his life.”

Robb Report added that Pitt might also get to keep an extra 10% share in his winery, according to the court ruling.

“The actor might be allowed to keep an extra 10 percent stake in Château Miraval—the French winery he bought with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie—after those shares were put into escrow, the New York Post’s Page Six reported recently.”

“I wouldn’t be an actress today. My body reacts very strongly to stress. My blood sugar goes up and down. I suddenly had Bell’s palsy six months before my divorce.

When I was starting out, it wasn’t as much of an expectation to be as public, to share so much. I’ve just been around so long and there’s been everything said.”

Jolie went on to admit that her divorce, matched with Hollywood changed her perspective of things.

“It’s part of what happened after my divorce. I lost the ability to live and travel as freely. I will move when I can.

I grew up in quite a shallow place. Of all the places in the world, Hollywood is not a healthy place. So you seek authenticity.”

“A breakup of a family is certainly an eye-opener that as one — and I’m speaking in general again — but as one needs to understand, I had to understand my own culpability in that, and what can I do better,” he said. “Because I don’t want to go on like this.”
