Sharvari Wagh is basking in the success of her recent horror-comedy hit, Munjya. As she gears up for her next big project, Alpha, where she will star as a YRF spy alongside Alia Bhatt, Sharvari opens up about her experience and inspirations in the industry.

Sharvari, who is currently immersed in preparation for her role in Alpha, recently shared her thoughts on being part of the prestigious YRF Spy Universe. She expressed how overwhelming it is to be included in such a massive cinematic universe. Despite the scale of the project, Sharvari feels no pressure, stating that she is thoroughly enjoying every moment of the experience. She described herself as a bundle of energy, eager about the opportunity and thrilled to be working with one of India’s biggest stars, Alia Bhatt.

“So, I’m looking forward to being on set, to learn from Alia every day, and to deliver my scenes well. If I let the pressure get to me, I won’t have fun, and I don’t want that. To be part of a universe that has my cinematic idols is a dream come true moment, honestly,” Sharvari shared. She mentioned that she looks up to actresses like Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, and Katrina Kaif, and finds it surreal to be playing a super agent in a franchise that includes such iconic figures.

The film Alpha, directed by Shiv Rawail, is set to be a grand action spectacle. Aditya Chopra, the producer, is committed to making the first female-led film in the YRF Spy Universe a remarkable addition to the franchise. The recently released 50-second introductory clip, featuring a powerful voiceover by Alia Bhatt and an engaging background score, has already piqued interest among fans.

In addition to Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh, Alpha will also star Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in pivotal roles. The YRF Spy Universe, led by Aditya Chopra, has become a significant intellectual property in Indian cinema, with blockbuster hits like Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Pathaan, and Tiger 3 under its belt.
