Priyanka Chopra has been busy shooting her upcoming film The Bluff in Australia for months, but the actor isn’t feeling homesick as she is accompanied by her mom Madhu Chopra and daughter, Malti Marie Jonas Chopra. Recently, Priyanka shared glimpses of her life in Australia, which involves coming home to a busy kitchen where her mom makes delicious desi meals, with Malti helping her make chapatis.

Priyanka shared a series of photos and videos on Instagram, starting with a selfie showing how she wears padding before performing daredevil stunts for the film. She wrote, “Partial padding for stunts. Takes forever to get into costume. Sorry, ADs 😔.” The next photo shows Malti holding a wooden rolling pin as she adorably tries to make a roti. The Barfi actor also shared a sweet video of her karaoke night with Malti as they sing a track from Moana.

Priyanka Chopra shared a photo of a motivational quote by Heartsill Wilson. She wrote, “Miss ercell from cayman 🇰🇾 is one of my inspirations for the #thebluff ‘God has given me this day to use it well. I’m exchanging a day of my life for it. So I shall not forget the price I paid for it.’”

Priyanka also shared a video of her mother making ladyfinger sabzi and her manager, Anjula Acharia, preparing the dough for chapatis. Thanking them for their presence in Australia, she wrote, “Coming back home after a really hard day at work to a home-cooked meal by my mom, and on this instance, my girl Anjula and my team, was such a blessing and exactly what I needed to recuperate and go and do it again tomorrow. 🙏🏽 @khushboobajpai06 @tylerwincott15 @oysterlily. Main chefs in the kitchen: @anjula_acharia @drmadhuakhourichopra.” In another clip, Priyanka is seen sleeping on set. The post ended with Priyanka flaunting her curly hair from her vanity van.

Priyanka Chopra began shooting for The Bluff in June. Earlier, her husband Nick Jonas accompanied her on set, but after his return to the USA to fulfill his work commitments, Priyanka’s mom Madhu Chopra flew in to be with her. Priyanka also took a brief break from shooting in July to attend Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding in Mumbai.

On the professional front, Priyanka is currently awaiting the release of Heads of State, which also stars John Cena and Idris Elba in the lead roles. She is also producing the documentary Born Hungry, which tells the true story of Sash Simpson, a young Indian individual who runs away from home, is adopted by a Canadian family, and eventually becomes the chef-owner of a trendy restaurant in Toronto.
