Priyanka Chopra shared glimpses from her ‘working’ 42nd birthday on July 18. She also wrote a long note, thanking her family, her ‘Bluff’ crew and her fans for their love, heartfelt gestures and wishes.

Priyanka Chopra celebrated her 42nd birthday on July 18. The actor has now revealed that she had a working birthday. In a new post, she shared a series of pictures, and a video, giving us a glimpse of how her birthday looked like. She also wrote a long note, thanking her closest people and everyone for their wishes.

Sharing the series of pictures, Priyanka wrote, “It was a working birthday this year. I’ve had so many of those over the years and have realised it’s one of my favourite ways to celebrate my birthday. To be doing what I love on a film set. Thank you to my incredible husband who made his presence felt in such special ways, even though he was not here @nickjonas. The Dosa truck for the crew tho !!! (sic).”

She then thanked her mother and wished her a birthday as well, as the day also marked Madhu Chopra’s journey to motherhood for the first time. Then, she thanked her daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. “My little Angel @maltimarie for making life worth it,” it read.

 

The actor also thanked everyone for their heartfelt gestures and their good wishes “Everyone who made the effort and found the address to my production office here in Australia and sent me tokens, I appreciate you so much. My cast and crew and producers of The Bluff, thank you all for the laughter, they joy, the beautifully decorated trailers, bringing in all the flowers every few minutes(sorry ADs) the waffle truck, the hugs, the cards, the cakes, you all are the best and I would not want yesterday to be any other way (sic),” her caption read.

She concluded it with, “Thank you to everyone from around the world that texted, called and messeged thank you for thinking of me. I slept like a baby after that loong day. Best birthday gift. With gratitude Pri (sic).”

Earlier yesterday, Nick Jonas shared a heartfelt post for Priyanka to wish her a happy birthday.

Priyanka Chopra is currently busy shooting for her Hollywood action film, The Bluff. She will also be seen in ‘Head of State’. Besides her Hollywood projects, Priyanka has also been signed for Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Jee Le Zara’, alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in lead roles. However, there is no further update about the film yet.
