Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas Ready To Move Back To Their Renovated $20 million LA Home

Several rumours claimed that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas had financial problems, resulting in them moving out of their LA mansion.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas is currently shooting for her action film in France while her husband, Nick Jonas, is in South America on a tour. A few months back, the couple had moved out of their luxurious Los Angeles mansion worth USD 20 million due to a mold infestation. Back then, several reports surfaced online, claiming that Priyanka and Nick were facing financial problems and shifted their base out of their mansion. However, it looks like the duo’s house is all set to welcome them back, and the viral pictures are proof of it.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas’ LA mansion has been renovated

Recently, UK tabloid, The Sun shared some pictures of  Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas’ LA mansion, which has now been renovated. In the pictures, we can see one side of the house completely covered in scaffolding, and the huge balcony is empty. Moreover, the house has been painted pristine white, and the roof has also been retired to fix the mold problem. Nick and Priyanka’s lavish outdoor pool was completely drained, and one can see the grey tiled flooring. However, Nick and Priyanka have not confirmed when they will move back into their lavish mansion.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas moved out of their LA mansion due to mold infestation

Earlier, a report by Page Six stated that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas had moved out of their LA home property as it became virtually unlivable. It so happened that the water damage in the house led to a mold infestation, which made it dangerous to live from a health perspective. The couple also indulged in a legal battle with the sellers of the house, who sold the property for USD 20 million in 2019. As per the lawsuit, filed in May 2023, a water leak appeared at the barbecue area on the deck which damaged a portion of the interior living area.

After their lavish wedding, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and her husband, Nick Jonas purchased a swanky mansion in Beverly Hills Post Office. According to multiple reports, this elite mansion’s price was estimated at around Rs. 144 crores, but even this mammoth price looks justified after knowing a bit more about the house. With an extremely vast space, featuring expansive canyon views, a floating guest wing and an extended wood terrace that wraps around the swimming pool, Priyanka and Nick’s abode is an architectural masterpiece. The gigantic mansion is spread around 20,000 sq ft, according to a report in HerZindagi in 2020.
